Your statement delivered just
how you like it.

At Wasatch Pediatrics, we’re pleased to announce a new update to our billing system. Now you can receive your billing statement via text message, email, or mail (paper). If you prefer to receive an e-Statement or you want to pay your bill directly via text message (“Text to Pay”), simply go to our website, click on the “Bill Pay” link, create an account, and select the statement option that works best for you. Or, you can simply call our Billing Office and we can set your preference for you!

With this change, you now have access to several payment options and services directly through our newly updated payment site, including:

  • Automated Payment Plans
  • Credit Card on File
  • Prior Statements
  • Payment Receipts
  • Account Transaction History

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I don’t receive or forget about my text or e-statement?

If you don’t take action within three days of receiving the initial text or e-statement, we will re-send your statement. If you do not respond after five days, we will automatically send you a paper statement, leaving you plenty of time to make a payment prior to your account becoming delinquent.

Can I change my statement delivery method?

If you find that a statement option isn’t working out for any reason, you can log in to your account and change your preference at any time. If you don’t take action on your e-statement or Text to Pay message for three months in a row, we will automatically begin sending you paper statements.

What is the difference between text notifications and “Text to Pay”?

Text to Pay is a statement preference that you can select on our payment website. If you choose Text to Pay as your preferred statement delivery method, you will receive a text message that includes a link and an identification code that you can use to pay your bill. The first time you pay your bill, you will have the option to securely save your credit card information on file. If you do so, future text messages will enable you to pay your bill simply by replying to the text message with a confirmation to charge the credit card on file.

Even if you choose another statement delivery method, you will still receive automated text notifications, which will include your account balance and a link to our website where you can pay your bill. From there, you can either pay as a guest or log in for full access to all account services.

Why am I receiving duplicate statements or messages?

We send out text notifications one week after sending out your paper or e-statement, so you can expect both the statement and a text message notification. If you do not respond to the e-statement or Text to Pay message (based on your chosen preference) within three days, we will resend the statement as a reminder. If you do not respond after five days, we will automatically send you a duplicate paper statement. This is to ensure notification prior to marking your account as delinquent.

Why am I receiving multiple statements with different balances?

You may receive multiple statements within a given month. This is most likely the result of multiple visits to Wasatch Pediatrics by your family within that time period. Statements are sent weekly, so it is possible to receive a statement one week, and within the next week or two another balance may become due, which will trigger our system to send you another statement. If you ever have questions about your statement, notifications or other communications from us, please call us.  We’re happy to help with any questions you may have.

What if someone else pays my bill?

Both paper and e-statements include a code which can be used by anyone to pay your bill online without needing or having access to your account.
