Kelsey is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. She earned her Master’s and Doctoral degrees from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and has 9 years of experience providing individual, group, family therapy and neuro/psychological assessments for children, adolescents and adults. As a therapist, Kelsey believes in the power of genuine connection and sees authentic relationships as integral to personal discovery, healing and growth. She finds value in addressing how past experiences, family dynamics and cultural influences contribute to belief systems, identities and behavioral patterns that may be causing distress in relationships and inhibiting personal growth. As such, Kelsey is passionate about helping individuals and families to access their strengths, personal values and build their resilience in order to work through grief, loss, traumatic experiences and major life transitions with a greater sense of agency, confidence, and connection. She uses neuro/psychological testing as a tool to better understand individual’s phenomenological experience, to provide clarification of personal strengths and struggles and to guide growth by offering individualized tools, skills and resources.

In her personal life, Kelsey enjoys soaking up smiles, joy and laughter with her baby daughter and beloved fiancé, hiking, fishing, skiing, swimming, going for adventures in the mountains with friends, being spontaneous, and finding joy in little moments that make her feel loved and alive.
